Welcome to the Wanderess Circle—

an online community of women from across the globe who have joined us at our retreats and events and are committed to embodying the Wanderess spirit in their daily lives. Our circle is a space of deep sisterhood, where women come together to support, uplift, and inspire one another on their personal journeys, as well as a trauma-informed therapeutic container, where you can benefit from counselling and somatic therapy on a regular basis.

Real Transformation is a Journey

After your retreat, the true work of integration begins. We don’t believe in saying a final goodbye on the last day of our retreats and want to make sure we support you in bringing the energy and inspiration of the retreat itself back into your day-to-day life. Through somatic therapy and group coaching with trained, trauma-informed therapists, you’ll receive ongoing support to help you fully embody the transformative energy you’ve experienced.

For six months, you will be held in a supportive space where you can continue your personal growth and deepen your connection to your authentic self. This ongoing guidance ensures that the shifts you’ve made during the retreat are fully integrated into your daily life, empowering you to share your brilliance with the world. By the end of this journey, you’ll feel deeply connected, inspired, and ready to continue creating the life you desire.

What membership to our circle includes:

Live circle

LIVE circle online gathering of 90 minutes where we deep dive into creative techniques for wellness in mind, body, and spirit for the modern Wanderess.

Come together with likeminded women, including your fellow retreat participants, and reunite monthly for a dose of energy, inspiration, discussion, and transformation.

THERAPEUTIC COACHING

Through somatic therapy and group coaching with trained, trauma-informed therapists, you will be supported in unlocking your creative life force and allowing your true self to emerge fully, through keeping your nervous system in a balanced ventral vagal state (a state of flexibility and resilience).
