Our method integrates these archetypes with tools like our Feminine Archetypes Card Deck, somatic healing, voice technique, energy/shadow work, and theatre practice to help you explore, understand, and ultimately transform. Shadow work—the process of confronting and integrating the unconscious aspects of our psyche—allows us to shift limiting beliefs and outdated narratives that have been holding us back. Archetypes work helps us to recognise the patterns and limiting beliefs we carry and the stories we tell about ourselves. Performance/arts, and voice and somatic work all enable us to then embody a new version of our “wanderful” selves.
